Tiger Woods seems to be adjusting to the single life just fine, thank you very much. While Elin lives in a rental, Tiger is building a $54 million mega mansion on Florida’s exclusive Jupiter Island. Tiger’s Jupiter Island property extends from Jupiter Sound, across Highway A1A to the Atlantic Ocean.
Four days after his divorce was final, TMZ says Tiger signed the agreement to build a new home in Martin County, his current home county. He listed himself as single and has a six year payment window on the $54 million place.
His mega-mansion consists of three hunks of land and will feature tennis courts, an oxygen therapy room, multiple pools and a state of the art fitness center.
Yesterday the New York Daily News, reported an attractive woman met Tiger as he double parked on the street outside a New York City building as he toted in luggage and golf clubs. He introduced himself as her new neighbor, leading to speculation that Tiger will be living in The Big Apple while his new home is under construction.
